The 16th Fit-For-It Taekwondo Academy Grade Testing will be held on Friday 30 August and Saturday 31 August 2024 in the Oxley Vale Public School Hall. The Saturday Grade Testing will be followed by a Self-Defence Seminar.

Friday 31 August - All White Belts and Yellow Belts. 5:00pm to 7:00/7:30pm.

Saturday 1 August - All Blue Belts and Red Belts. 9:00am to 11:00/11:30am.

Self Defence Seminar - 12:00noon to 1:30/2:00pm. All students welcome whether they have grade tested or not. Mandatory for all Blue Belts and Red Belts.
