Friday 30 August 2024 5:00pm to 7:30pm for All White and Yellow Belts, Saturday 31 August 2024 9:00am to 11:30am for all Blue and Red Belts. Self Defence Seminar 12:00noon to 2:00pm - All Students Welcome. Mandatory for Blue and Red Belts.
