2024 Term One Commences at the Fit-For-It Taekwondo Academy on Monday 29 January 2024.

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Fridays are for Grading and Tournament Preparation classes and are scheduled accordingly to approaching Grade Testings or Tournaments. Instructor David will notify students regarding these classes. Fridays are also for small group private lessons. Thes classes are to be booked in advance and extra training fees are required.

Tiny Tees:      5:00pm to 5:30pm

Juniors:         5:30pm to 6:30pm

Adult/Teens: 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Twilights:      7:30pm to 8:00pm
