Competition Sparring Seminar
Initial preparation seminar for the upcoming Australian Taekwondo NSW Spring Championships in August 2022.

Seminar conducted by Master Joe and Instructor David. To be held in the Northside Branch in the Oxley Vale Public School Hall.

Students from both the Northside and Southside Branches, all ages and belt levels welcome to attend. (Tiny's may leave early.)

Students to wear Training T-shirts and bring sparring gear, small towel and water bottle.
