Hello Fireball SA Sailors and Community,

 

We have our Annual AGM and 2020/21 Presentation night set for Saturday  17th July, at the Largs bay Sailing Club.

 

The evening will follow the Clubs scheduled Polar Bear Winter series event, with the AGM commencing at 5pm on the top floor of the Club. At 6:30pm we will hold the presentation of Perpetual Trophies for the previous season, as well as awards for the 2019/20 State Championships on the main floor of the Club. Partners and kids are absolutely welcome, and will be catered for by the association. 

 

The association will provide pizzas from Dominos for the evening, so it is vital that attendees register for the event, and provide the number of attendees, and your pizza order for the evening. The menu can be found in the link attached below.

Registrations will close on Wednesday, 14 July, for pizza orders, however this will not stop people attending the evening should they not wish to order or decide to attend after that date.

 

An agenda and previous minutes for the AGM will be distributed to members closer to the date for the AGM.
