Fencing NZ has announced the following national events for this year:

1. Oceania and New Zealand Senior & Veterans: This will now be held in Auckland. 22-24 October, Te Pai Centre, Auckland.
2. NZ Juniors (U20): This will now be held in Christchurch in conjunction with the NZ U15/Cadet(U17) championships. 24-25 September, St Thomas of Canterbury.
