The Annual General Meeting of Fencing Mid South (Canterbury Provincial Amateur Fencing Council Inc.) will take place on Sat 20 March at The Fencing Institute, at 1pm (lunch break of the MS U15/Cadet tournament).

Formal notice of the meeting and the agenda were circulated to all Council officers and Affiliated Clubs in advance, in accordance with rule 24, and is attached here for reference along with minutes of the 2020 AGM.

A number of rule changes are proposed - discussion paper attached.
