This competition is run by United Club.

When: Saturday 16th June and Sunday 17th of June 2018 

Time: Saturday -Secondary School Foil

8.30am Registration Individual Secondary School Foil. There will be two sections to this event, open and novice. A novice fencer is someone who has started fencing in 2018 

1pm: Foil Teams. Teams matches will start after the individual competition is finished.  foil teams must be registered by 11:00am  

Please Note [Girls and boys will fence separately if numbers permit]

Sunday: Primary & Intermediate School Foil, Secondary School Epee and Sabre 

 8.30am Registration Individual Secondary School Epee. There will be two sections to this event, open and novice. 

10.00am Registration Primary& Intermediate School Foil. There will be three sections to this event open, U10s and novice.

11.00am Registration Sabre Individual Secondary School Sabre and Sabre teams. Teams matches will start after the individual competition is finished.  

1pm: Epee Teams. Teams matches will start after the individual competition is finished.  Epee teams must be registered by 11:00am

Where: Avonside Girls High School Gymnasium,  Avonside Drive. First entrance to school  from Woodham Rd end. Gym beyond carpark

Entry Fee: $10 per weapon.  $20 for each  secondary school team

Equipment: All fencers must wear protective clothing and masks in good condition.

Gear Standards: 350N jacket, 350N plastron, 350N mask, lame bib not required, glove, 350N breeches or tracksuit pants, long socks, sports shoes.Chest protectors are compulsory for girls. Weapons will  be checked on the piste for Open events and during all direct elimination bouts.  

Canteen: Food and drink is available to be purchased at the hall
