Welcome to the Fraser Coast Outrigger Canoe Club. The club was formed in 1991 with just a handful of members.Currently we have around 70 members. Our members compete at all levels from Novice ( first year of paddling) to highly competitive National and International Events.

Our motto: Club First, Team Second, Self Third!

We paddle from Scarness beach in Hervey Bay often encountering dolphins, dugongs and lots of turtles and when the water is clear we marvel at the coral beneath.  

We have accredited coaches who set our training schedules whether for sprint racing ( 500m) or marathon races (16-25km). We travel as a club down and up the QLD coast to participate in various regattas.

For those not inclined to paddle competitively there is the option of paddling socially on Sundays or joining other social events.
