The last night out for the season for the Club, it's the end of season Presentation night! The theme is "come dressed as your favourite song title", plus we've added a DJ to the proceedings this year! This event is open to all members and we would love to see holiday program families attend if they are on the mountain.

The night's schedule is as follows: 

• 6pm arrival 
• 6.30pm kids dinner is served 
• 7.00pm Coaches present the certificates and awards to their groups 
• 7.30pm Adults dinner is served buffet style 
• 7.30 - 7.45pm-ish Kids Desert is served 
• 8pm adults dessert is served buffet style. 
• 8.15pm Final speaches
• 8.30 - DJ begins!!

Kids set menu meals are $20 and adults buffet meals $38.50. Please advise of any food allergies/dietary requirements when booking. Drinks at bar prices and paid for individually.

Kids Set Menu: choice of Fish, chips & salad, Crumbed chicken, chips & salad or vegetable lasagna served with fries and salad. Icecream for dessert.

Adults Buffet Dinner: Roasted lamb shoulder and chimichurri , Porchetta and pear & ginger compote, Green apple & fennel slaw, Duck fat roasted potatoes, rosemary, confit garlic, Roasted Butternut, crispy sage & roasted pumpkin seed, Baharat chargrilled cauliflower, tahini, labne.

Followed by Buffet Dessert of Decadent chocolate brownie and Pan Mess (Fryers version of Eton mess), Boozed fruits, spiced custard, fresh cream, meringue.
