Exies Hockey Club will be travelling to Narrogin on the weekend of 16th & 17th July to participate in the Narrogin Junior Hockey Carnival.

We will be entering 4 teams into the carnival in the following divisions.

- Year 4/5/6 Mixed

- Year 7/8 Girls

-  Year 9/10 Mixed   (x2)

There is an overnight stay in Narrogin, with accommodation being provided at the Narrogin Residental College Hostel. Most players will have a single bedroom, but some players will need to sleep on mattresses / swags in a group area.

Parents attending in a Coaching, Managing, Umpiring or Group Supervision role will also be provided accommodation with the team.  Any parents wanting to attend in a non-supervisory role, may be required to source their own accommodation.  There is provision on the registration form to express what role (if any) you wish to take on as a parent and what your accommodation needs are.

There is a cost of $100 per player, which covers the cost of accommodation, travel, meals and team entry fees. We have arranged for a bus to transport players and parents.

Parent wishing to attend and stay with the team will be charged $70 to cover their accommodation, travel and meals across the two days.  

For those that are arranging their own accommodation &/or transport, this will be taken into consideration and your total cost will be reduced to reflect this.

Invoices will be emailed out after you have registered, and will need to be paid within 7 days to secure your spot in the team.
