ESRA 2024 Annual General Meeting

The ESRA 2024 AGM will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday 6th November at The Victorian Racket Club, 22 O’Connor Road, Knoxfield. Vic. 3180. 

2023-2024 Reports will be posted by 30th October.

The Ordinary Business of the AGM shall be to:
•    Confirm the minutes of the 2023 AGM, (attached below).
•    Receive reports relating to the 2023 – 2024 financial year.
•    Elect the committee for the 2024 – 2025 financial year.    
•    Nomination Form, (attched below).
•    Proxy Form, (attached below).
•    Appoint an auditor for the 2024- 2025 financial year.

At the conclusion of the AGM there will be an on-court rules demonstration streamed to the large screens in the upstairs lounge. The AGM is expected to take 30 min and the rules demonstration around and hour and a half. We would like a minimum of two players from each team to attend this demonstration, which is also open to anyone interested in improving their knowledge of the Rules of Australian Racquetball.
