Esport Workshops Build-a-thon!

QUT Sport are looking for motivated students to join us in developing a series of esports workshops which will be delivered to students aged 9-15 years as part of our community engagement day at the upcoming National Indigenous Championships sporting event on the 30th of June! The workshops will include areas such as: competition and event management, communications and social media, cyber safety and wellbeing and STEM and no previous experience with esports is required to be involved!

 

Please express your interest by Wednesday March 23rd and a member of our team will be in touch with you to confirm details and involvement for the first workshop on Wednesday March 30th (12-3pm session).

 

What’s Involved: To be involved you will need to attending a series of workshop development sessions and training activities where you’ll be actively invited to contribute ideas and learn some of the fundamentals of esports, and will be required to assist on the day of the event (June 30th, between 9 and 3pm).
