Starting in 2019 with the League of Legends Intervarsity, this initiative gained recognition by evolving into the OLI (Oceanic League of Legends) and semi professional ODT (Oceanic Developmental Tournament) by 2023. This progression underscores QUT's pivotal role in the Australian esports industry, offering a holistic pathway from amateur to professional levels in esports. Our cutting-edge program, driven by esports experts, focuses on community, competition, education, wellness, online safety, and governance, demonstrating our comprehensive approach to developing talent in the esports field.
