KidSport
Esperance Hockey Association (EHA) accepts KidSport vouchers. Please email esperanceregistrar.hockey@gmail.com with your child's voucher. You will then be emailed the code to be used at registration. For 2025, KidSport Vouchers are set at $500.00 per eligible player. Who is eligible for KidSport? All Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 with a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for KidSport. Parent information regarding this can be found- HERE

Please click on the Registration tab above and then select REGISTER - The Junior Coordinator will sort children into grades depending on age and skill level. Refer to table below for more information about EHA's Junior Hockey levels/grades.

All non playing Association members please also register here (Coaches, Managers, Umpires plus parents & guardians attending Carnivals).

If playing in both the JUNIOR including the U17's & the Senior competition - please register in the JUNIOR grade ONLY.

First fixture date - Saturday 26th April 2025
Registrations must be completed before taking to the field

Registration and payment is done online.

All players must pay a EHA registration fee plus a Hockey Australia fee ($22.81 for Hookin2Hockey, $56.81 for all other juniors). The total is calculated at the time of payment & is a single payment for the year.

To ensure safety, ALL grades including Hookin2Hockey MUST wear shin pads and mouth guards at games and training.
The 2025 season will start on Saturday 26th April.
Hookin2Hockey- Previously Goldsticks (PP - YEAR ONE)

$130 With Equipment Pack (Pack includes: Hockey Stick, Ball and Shin Pads)
START TIME - 10.00am
Hookin2Hockey includes fun drills and activites to develop skills

JUNIOR 2/3 LEVEL (YEAR 2 & 3 at PRIMARY SCHOOL)

START TIME - 8.15am
J2/3 involves drills for skills and modified games.

UNDER 13's (Year 4- 8)
$150
$180 if ALSO playing in the SENIOR competition
START TIME - 9.15am (Warm up 8.45am)
Games are four 15 minute quarters.
Players are allocated into teams of mixed agenda and ability.
Face masks are provided for short corners and collected by team manager at the end of games.
Teams are allocated a coach and a team manager.
Team shirts are provided for games and are collected by team manager for washing.

UNDER 17's (YEAR 8 Boys Plus Year 9- 12 at HIGH SCHOOL )
$150 if ONLY playing in U17 competition
$180 if ALSO playing in the SENIOR competition
START TIME - 10.40am (Warm up 10:10am)

Players are allocated into teams of mixed gender and ability.
