Steve and Cathy Millar from SAFEGUARD MOUTHGUARDS will be holding their Mouthguard Clinic with extended times at the EDRA House 2 James St Esperance to allow for new cleaning protocols and social distancing as follows:.

Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm

and

Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

To discourage crowding and allow space between each child's impression we request the following:

It would be appreciated if only one adult with your child attends the Club room and sanitiser will be at the door on entry. A series of health/covid questions will be asked and temperatures taken in line with our operating guidelines.

Please wait outside to allow spacing if required

Please complete the attached Patient form in advance. Ignore "mailing costs" as Mouthguards will be returned to the Club as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Our cost is the same as last year being $135 and is made up of:
