MG Gymnastics Levels 1-5 Thursday Term 3+4, 2019

Our MG Levels program is based on the Gymnastics Australia National Levels Program. This is where the gymnasts do all the 'groundwork' for the more difficult and complex skills in the higher levels. Their focus is also on independent assessment by an external judge in the form of competitions. At the lower levels the 'competitions' are more about proving competency rather than 'winning or losing'.
