Flexible Membership Types
This year, we are providing more flexibility than ever, with a range of membership options in each age group.
Pay & Play - for members who prefer paying their membership upfront without needing to make time to complete canteen or meat raffles throughout the season.
Canteen AND/OR Meat Raffle - Claim up to $100 in immediate fee discounts by committing only 4 hours of your time! Prefer one over the other? No worries, select OR and we will confirm your preference during registration.
By collecting this information at registration, we aim to minimise the communication regarding unfilled Canteen and Meat Raffles slots throughout the season.
Discounts
As a family focused club, Easts is excited to provide a range of options for our members to secure the most affordable player fees in MSW. The below discounts are available for Easts Hockey Club fees
Canteen Discount - commit just 2 hours helping in the Canteen during the 2025 season to secure a discount of $50 (Junior fee discount is $30 for 1 hour)
Meat Raffle Discount - commit just 2 hours (2x 1 hour slots on a Sunday NIght) selling Meat Raffle tickets at Gregory Hills Hotel to secure a discount of $50 ($30 for Juniors)
Goalkeeper Discount - available to senior players who are selected for a goalkeeper position in 2025 and have their own kit. To claim this discount, please contact Adam prior to registration to collect a discount code.
Recruitment Credit- encourage a friend or family member to register for the first time with Easts in 2025 and receive a credit! This Credit will be offered in the form of a revolutionise discount code that can be used on club merchandise or your 2026 fees.
Family Credit- Available for families with 4 or more members living in the same household. This will be offered in the form of a revolutionise discount code AFTER registration and can be used on club merchandise or your family's 2026 fees.

Payment Plans
Easts prides itself on being a family orientated club and understands that the cost of paying registration upfront can be restrictive, particulary for families. We are committed to working with members to find a solution that suits each families circumstances.
To request a payment plan for the club fees, please contact Adam at treasurer@goeastshockey.club
In your request, please include each players name (if multiple), the registration type for each person, (age group + Pay & Play, Canteen and/or Meat Raffle) and the proposed start date, frequency & instalment amount for repayments.
