EastSail’s range of Corporate Team Building Programs are custom designed and proven to be extremely successful for participating companies. Our experienced skippers facilitate and guide each team through a series of challenges from racing to navigation. These exercises emphasise the importance of teamwork, communication and cooperation, leadership, managing change and esprit de corps in the workplace. EastSail won the NSW and Australian Tourism Awards for Adventure Tourism for our team building events. No team building event is too big or too small for us. Our rally / treasure hunt is perfect for small teams of 6-8 people and we have arranged team building regattas for 2,000 people over 3 days. Complete the day with an drinks presentation and debrief dockside at our marina in Rushcutters Bay. We are adjacent to the Cruising Yacht Club where you can enjoy post sailing refreshments. If you prefer we can start or finish your event at other points around the harbour such as King Street in the City or Lavender Bay.
