To promote and administer the Game of Softball in East Gippsland and surrounds and in doing so provide a diverse and inclusive sporting and social environment for the benefit of members and the wider community.
To provide guidance to all members and in doing so empower them to fulfill their sporting goals in a safe and positive environment, no matter their social, economic, cultural, or religious background.
To focus on respect and understanding within the membership and in doing so develop a community that respects all members equally.
Promotion of healthy, safe, and sustainable living practices and programs to improve the overall health of the community.
To promote and facilitate Softball within the primary and secondary schools in East Gippsland.
To encourage social activities by hosting social functions, athletic sports, recreational activities, and any other activities for the benefit of the members and the wider community.
To recognise and respect the Traditional owners of the land on which the Association conducts sporting and social activities.
