Calisthenics is a sport with performing at its heart!  

We offer a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills for children and adults.

Calisthenics develops strong, confident performers through teamwork.  Discipline and technique, grace and poise are fostered in a fun and friendly club environment, where families can connect and performers can develop skills and friendships that last a lifetime.

At East Gippsland, we enter our 11th year in 2024!  We acknowledge that our classes, concert and solo competition are being held on the traditional lands of the Braiakulung people of the Kurnai Nation, and we would like to pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

We welcome and encourage students of all ages and abilities to join our club and participate in a way that is meaningful to them.  We are an inclusive club, and aime to develop and showcase every individuals' strengths, with performance opportunities at our concert, metro team competitions, metro solo competitions and our local solo competition.  We have ChildSafe protocols to ensure all adults within our organisation are meeting the ChildSafe Standards.
