Take your adaptive snowsport guiding skills to the next level with training in specific guiding skills.
Your experience level
- Have secondary guided a sit-skier
- Have some or no experience bucketing or tethering a sit-ski
You may learn
- The different ways to guide a sit-skier with disabilities
- How to lead the load and unload of different types of lifts
- How to set up different types of sit-skis
- How to bucket and tether a bi-ski
- How to ski in different sit-skis
How to register
- Apply for DWA Associate Membership
- Click register
- Answer all relevant questions
- Select either:
- Training only - if you don't need accommodation
- Accommodation and transport - if you would like DWA to provide accommodation at Falls Creek and/or transport from Melbourne to Howman's Gap
- Submit registration
What to bring
