4.20pm: Run Drills clinic with Sally Tudor. Sally Tudor is a level 2 Athletics coach. During this session she will show you running drills you can incorporate into your trainning routine. Learn more about active stretching and drills to assist running technique and reduce the risk of injury. $5 per person paid to the coach.
