Please Note that $150 will be withheld from an Entry at DLRA discretion if the event is cancelled or force majure prior to starting, to cover unrecoverable expenses.

Ive Station, the Government of South Australia, nor any promoter or conveyor of this or other meetings will be held responsible and the competitor whose signature appears below hereby agrees to make no claim whatsoever against Dry Lakes Racers Australia Inc., promoters or conveyors for any damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with any activity convened by Dry Lakes Racers Australia Inc.
I have examined and made myself aware of the racing venue, safety equipment, fire rescue and medical services and other aspects of the venue, and I am satisfied and accept the risks that exist in this environment.
If at any time I consider the track or sections of the venue to be unsafe, I will voluntarily withdraw from the event.
I do not rely upon inspectors of vehicles and equipment as required by DLRA rules, to find any fault with that vehicle or equipment.
Entrants are advised that the DLRA is covered by third party liability insurance this does not extend to entrants. Any entrant who considers they have a need for insurance must make their own private arrangements with an insurer.
I accept that immediate medical care and / or evacuation may not be available when I require it and that delays may occur for whatever reason before medical care and / or evacuation is available.
I, the undersigned, my successors and assigns, in consideration of the timing, track, accommodation and other facilities, accept full and entire responsibility for any and all consequences, injuries or otherwise that may arise from the operation of my vehicle operated by me and waive any and all legal liability and / or cause of action that I may now have or hereafter acquire against the Dry Lakes Racers Australia, or any of its members or anyone employed or acting as timers, starters, inspectors or in any other capacity in conducting such races and / or timing event at Lake Gairdner or any other place.
By my submission of this Booking, I swear and affirm that I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the event and will comply with them.
