Welcome to the Dicky Beach Silver Salties program! This program is part of Surf Life Saving Australia's Silver Salties initiative, supported by State Centres and funded by Sport Australia through the Move It - Better Ageing Grant program. Silver Salties is a physical activity and social connections initiative for older Australians, but all ages are welcome!
The program is all about enjoyment, fitness and social interaction with like-minded people in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by Program Leader and Dicky Beach SLSC member Peter Thomas, all fitness levels and abilities are welcome and you're encouraged to stay for a cuppa in the clubhouse at the conclusion of the session.
The Multi Program will include a range of activities such as Walk & Talk sessions; First Aid sessions; and Catching Waves sessions.
There is no fee to be involved, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and be sun-safe. All COVID-19 precautions are also in place i.e. stay at home if unwell, social distancing, good hand hygiene, coughing/sneezing etiquette etc. Participants are welcome to attend as often as they can!

2. Download the Registration Form and Participant Declaration at the bottom of this page, complete the forms and email them to Lorelle Warner at promotions@dickybeachsurfclub.com;
3. Download the Registration Form and Participant Declaration at the bottom of this page, complete the forms and bring them with you to your first session;
4. Fill out a registration form and sign a waiver when you arrive for your first session.
