Our Annual Team building weekend at Lake Barrington was a roaring success.  With many on and off water activities to keep everyone busy for the entire weekend.  1:1 tuition, Race practic both straight lines and turns, tactics, sprint and endurance were part of the program on Saturday finished off with some off water team challenges and a scrumptious evening meal.  Sunday saw our own MIni Regatta with races, again both straight and turns along with a novelty race and finishing off with a Relay.

A great time was had by all.  Many thanks to all the volunteers who assisted in the lead up to the weekend as well a during the weekend to ensure all went off like clockwork.
