Hi Everyone,

This weekend on Saturday afternoon is the last round of AVSL before finals. I have put in a request with AV to play our powerplay, so it would be excellent to have as many athletes as possible doing as many events as possible.

It would also be great to have a couple of club helpers.... just get in touch with me if you can help.

It was waesome to see the girls in the 4 by 400 relay at countries come in with a well-earned medal!
