‘LOCK IN THE DATE’

 TASMANIAN DRAGON BOAT STATE TITLES - SUNDAY 1Oth MARCH 2024 

Dragon Boat Tasmania is pleased to announce that the 2024 State Dragon Boat Titles will once again be held at the New Norfolk Rowing Club venue. 

Clubs should once again lock this date in their calendars straight away for a day of good racing, competition and friendship. 

All races will be run under AusDBF rules with racing to be in 10’s events thereby allowing Clubs to race in their own right so now is a good time to start building your teams for this great event.

 Categories will be Open 10’s, Women’s 10’s.  

DBTas would like to think that perhaps we could get Mixed 10’s racing this time also so if your Club can put together it’s own Mixed 10’s crew then DBTas encourages you to do so however the State Regatta organisers would need to be notified early on so that appropriate event scheduling can occur.  Whether this could go ahead or not will depend upon Clubs showing an interest in the event category and having appropriate numbers of course.

 Catering etc will be provided at the end of the day’s racing.
