On behalf of Dragon Boat Tasmania, we are extending an invitation to all males in the Tasmanian Dragon Boat Community.  This initiative is to enable all the men to get together as a group and experience paddling/sweeping in an all male crew.  Many thanks to North Esk Dragon Boat club who have agreed to make their base available for us to run this session. We see this as not only an opportunity to experience what it is like to paddle in an all male crew but also get to know your fellow paddlers from around the state and demonstrate that paddling is not just for females (dispel the myth). We are calling this "Boys day out" - for no other reason than to have the opportunity of all male members able to get together at the one time.  We are working hard on re-invigorating interest in our sport after the reduction of activities and events from COVID and this is the first step.
