Instructor Development Program
About
The IDP develops the leadership skills of young people. It is designed to boost a range of practical skills and self-esteem amongst the participants, enabling them to pass these skills on to their peers. The program runs from March to September. Shifts are normally 3-4hrs. Intakes are once per year with applications open in October-December annually.
