EVENTS

U14 - 3000m Non Championship event (minimum age is 13yrs as at 31st December 2025)
U16 - 3000m
U18 - 3000m
Open - 3000m
Masters 30+ - 3000m
Master's - Must have 3 athetes per age group or age groups will be combined and an age % calculation used.

Athletes can choose to run up in age group but not down. eg: U14 can choose to compete with U16.
