Registration Peak Fees for 2024 must be paid online to Hockey SA / Hockey Australia prior to your first match.

The Dartmoor club portion can be paid online at the same time or can be invoiced for later payment.

Dartmoor Hockey Club's fees are the same as were charged since 2019 - any differences are in the online payment charges and the peak body fees.

Please note: There are two options for each registration type - Full Fee (HA, HSA & Dartmoor fees) & Peak Fees Only - (HA & HSA fees only) - select the option that suits what you need. Choosing "Peak fees only" will mean that the club will invoice you for the remaining amount. Payment plans are also available if required, please speak to our club treasurer to organise this option.

• Seniors (19 & Over) - HSA/HA registration fee $149.00 (HA $57.31, HSA $91.69) - plus Dartmoor club fee $166 - Total Fee: $315
• 18 & Under playing seniors only - HSA/HA registration fee $85.00 (HA $45.31, HSA $39.69) - plus Dartmoor club fee $135 - Total Fee: $220
• Under 16 (inc playing seniors) - HSA/HA registration fee $85.00 (HA $45.31, HSA $39.69) - plus Dartmoor club fee $115 - Total Fee: $200
• Under 13 (inc playing U16) - HSA/HA registration fee $85.00 (HA $45.31, HSA $39.69) - plus Dartmoor club fee $75 - Total Fee: $160
• Under 9 (5-9 yrs) - HSA/HA registration fee $85.00 (HA $45.31, HSA $39.69) - plus Dartmoor club fee $15.00 - Total Fee: $100

If you have already paid the HA/HSA peak body fees in another club/association please choose the RETURNING MEMBER option and select the appropriate full fee registration option, e.g. .... "Senior player fees - full fee".  This option will result in a charge of the club fee only as you have already registered and paid the peak fee elsewhere.

Choose the Returning Member option if you have already registered for a club in 2024 and/or if you have registered with us previously.

SPORTS VOUCHERS

Due to registration payments being made online directly to HSA/HA successful sports voucher claims will be reimbursed to members following approval of the voucher.

Sports Vouchers are available to all South Australian children aged between 5-15 years*. Each eligible child is able to claim one voucher per calendar year.  

Let us know that you want to use your Sports Vouchers entitlement to discount $100 from your child's membership fee by ticking the box when registering.  You must then provide all the required details** to our club treasurer. The critical piece of information is your child’s eleven (11) digit Medicare number or Australian visa number.
The best way to provide this information is to fill in the Sports Voucher form online via this link: Sports Voucher Online Form  OR  you can download the form in the document list below, to fill out, print and return to our treasurer.

After you have provided all the details necessary to receive a voucher, the club will reduce the registration fee by up to $100. You must then pay the remaining balance. Upon return of the completed Sports Voucher form Dartmoor will reimburse any amount paid by you and refund to you any remaining amount (peak body fee) up to the total value of the $100 voucher.

* 5-15 years inclusive - these children will have a year of birth from 2009 to 2019
** The Sports Vouchers hard copy voucher form specifies all the details that providers need to collect from you.
