This is our Annual Water Safety and Capsize training for ALL members.  In a swimming pool environment.  Participants will wear normal paddling clothing including a PFD.  Usual paddling footwear can be worn but must be clean.

Training will include:

• Swimming in your PFD
• Practicing capsize drills with different scenarios
• How to get out from under a boat in your PFD
• What to do if someone is injured
• What to do if someone is very unwell on the boat
