GoAnna’s Gathering Let’s Go Tropical! 2 May 2021

Some 30 members enjoyed the GoAnna’s Gathering at the Ainslie Football Club rooms. Thank you to the Social Committee who went out with a very colourful theme Let’s go tropical and arranged a free venue which was greatly appreciated. Anna Kovacs, Golden Spiral. guest speaker, is an energy healer who spoke on anxiety, meditation, finding serenity, sound therapy and using the breath to restore calm to anxious moments. Anna led a sound workshop and spoke about alternative therapies and becoming a Reiki and Seichim Master. She is also qualified as a Colour Therapist, a Bach Flower Remedies Therapist, a massage therapist and holistic Life Transformed Coach.
