Gather your mates for a dragon boat race!
Ever imagined yourself on the silver screen? Join us at this year's Social & Corporate Regatta and help us celebrate 25 years of breast cancer dragon boating in Canberra.
Dragon Boat ACT (DBACT) supports Dragons Abreast Canberra by conducting this special regatta where you can experience the thrill of dragon boat racing while supporting breast cancer survivors to participate in this amazing sport.
A full crew consists of 20 paddlers but don't worry if you don't have 20 people in your group. Register yourself or a small group and we'll match you with other fun-loving fundraisers.
An excellent opportunity for corporate team building or just a great day out with your mates!
Registrations close on 25 October 2024. Now's the time to start building your team.
Registration Options:
For small groups (or individuals) where each person is paying their own registration fee, choose the 'Individual Registration' option to be invoiced $45 per person. To make sure you are matched with your mates, each person in your group should enter the same Team Name during the registration process. If you're registering by yourself, enter 'Individual' as your Team Name and we'll match you with other fun-loving fundraisers.
For social and corporate groups wishing to pay the registration fee for a full crew (20 participants), please choose the 'Full Boat Registration' option to be invoiced $900.
Exciting Addition!!
For the first time ever, we are offering participants the option to purchase a commemorative t-shirt for only $15! The team at OneSport in Fyshwick has designed this one of a kind t-shirt just for you. If you choose the '+ tshirt' option at registration, you will need to click the link in the confirmation email to select your size and colour.
Please note that there are two ways to pay for your registration.
- If you choose to pay via Debit/Credit card, your payment is being processed by the revolutioniseSPORT platform which attracts non refundable payment transaction fees. The fee for payment through revolutioniseSPORT is 2.0% + 1.60 AUD per transaction
- If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, there are no merchant fees payable. Please remember to include your invoice number so your payment can be tracked and reconciled.

Check out the details in the 'Files for download' section. The highest fundraiser (over and above registration fees) will be awarded the perpetual 'Highest Fundraiser Shield' to display in their office or home for the next 12 months!
