Training camp ahead of Vic Champs

Ahead of the Victorian Dragon Boat Championships, the team held a day-long training camp on Saturday. We worked on our technique, race formations and strategies, and watched video replay of ourselves in action on the big screen. We also heard some inspiring words from our coaches and captains. There was no blood but there certainly was sweat and some tears. Feeling pumped for the race season remaining.

Even quiet Soupy had some words to say in reflection (after enjoying her ice-cream as just reward).
