Have a coachable mindset. Be open to listening to feedback.
Be able to receive constructive criticism without taking it personally.
Be willing to take a look at your own performance in order to improve it.
Have a resilient character.
Resilience is not in being strong to survive but in being able to weather change, because life is nothing but change.
Communicate with your leadership team and coaches if you have questions about training or concerns.
4. Commitment
Commitment to a common goal is one of the cornerstones of teamwork.
It occurs when each member of the team focuses on achieving the team's purpose over and above their individual objectives.
5. Contagious Energy
Stay contagious within the team with a positive attitude and energy.
Motivate each other to increase your capacity, little by little during each session.
6. Caring
Part of the CYSM Sea Dragon Club values, we look after one another on and off the water.
If one Sea Dragon falls, the team will be able to pick him/her back up again. We cross the finishing line together.
We START together, we FINISH together.
7. Consistency
A team with consistent training culture and habits will shine on the battlefield.
Have a heart and the will to stay consistent in every training session.
Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.
