What better way to kick off the festive season break than a paddle on the Yarra River, taking in the breathtaking scenes of Melbourne for the annual Christmas paddle. With three full boats on the water, it wasn't just a paddle but an experience of camaraderie, laughter and of joy. A pit stop halfway allowed us to relish a picnic feast, savouring the most delicious food. Fuelled and energised, we happily made the return journey.

Reflecting on 2023, it has been a year of remarkable achievements for the team. As we look ahead to 2024, the New Year of the Dragon, we look forward to the challenges and triumphs that await - Nationals in Perth and World Club Crew Championships in Italy. Together as one united force, we can be confident that we can achieve new limits. Here's to an amazing journey ahead and to the collective strength that propels us toward success.
