AusChamps2023 our best yet

That’s a wrap for AusChamps 2023! Another great campaign, growing stronger and achieving more milestones every year!

2023 (26th) AusChamps - Gateway Lakes, Albury-Wodonga, VIC (20-24 April)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the club and their families for making this possible!

A big thank you to the coaching team Carlos "Palmy" Diz, Siu Wong, Boyce Wong and Phil Chan for their countless hours of work in coaching, planning and pushing us through this journey towards qualification for CCWC 2024!

Thank you to all our volunteers and captains Steve Nguyen, Michelle Delfos and Darcy Dyer for organising the logistics for all regattas, so that we can all enjoy and focus on racing.

Special thanks to our PT Nick Myrtle for his kindness and professional services in gym program planning, diet suggestions, encouraging and answering our members’ countless questions! (Also, all the best for your bodybuilding show in two weeks time!)
