Southern Storm is going to Falls Creek and have 15 paddlers. They have invited any members of the Sea Dragons who are interested to join them.
From President Andrew Horne:
We have room for 6 more paddlers and would greatly appreciate if CYSM had any paddlers interested in coming to Falls Creek that would like to join us for a paddle. We have accommodation booked (at present we have a 6 bed chalet empty so we would probably put all CYSM members in that chalet) but any CYSM member is not obliged to stay with us. We will arrange carpooling and of course CYSM members are welcome to join us for that too.
If you can let us know by next week (obviously we have to submit the early bird registrations on 21 January).
The Falls Creek regatta on the weekend following the Australia Day public holiday (27 - 29 January) is a full weekend trip to the Victorian Alps. We will travel up to Falls Creek on Friday (after work for some), compete Saturday, before returning to Melbourne on Sunday. The regatta is held on Rocky Valley Lake, the highest lake in Australia not to mention the cleanest (and purest water) you will ever paddle.

- Accommodation: $120 per person –2 nights’ accommodation (Friday and Saturday).
