The CYSM Sea Dragons committee are pleased to announce that the club will be holding its annual general meeting.
Following the Saturday morning training session, paddlers will have an opportunity to grab a quick bite before we go through the proceedings of the AGM.
Some of the agenda items will include:
- Financial report and 2016/17 Budget including season fees
- Survey results*
- Governance - Vision, Mission, Values => were our club goals met?
- Season 2015/16 review
- Season 2016/17 outline and goals
- Committee elections**
Your involvement will be paramount to the success of this AGM as we look ahead to the new season.

* Club survey
- All current Sea Dragons will have received a link to the 2015/16 season survey.
- Your feedback will help set the direction of the team in the coming season, and will give us a great insight into how 2015/16 season went.
- Please return the completed survey by Wednesday 6th of July. We apologize for the short notice and availability of the survey as we are working on a tight schedule.
- The survey results will be shared at this AGM.
** Committee elections
- Members who served on committee for season 2015/16 can be found here.
- At this AGM, all committee positions will be up for consideration and nominations from our Sea Dragons membership will be sought.
- An election by members will see the creation of the new committee for season 2016/17.
- Committee members for season 2015/16 are eligible for re-election into their current positions or may nominate into another position.
