New DBV Boat Hub. 912 Collins Street, Docklands
We have booked the AWESOME function room at the boat hub. This room is fantasticly spacious with projectors and a sound system, and a state of the art balcony.

There is no rush, so if you cannot make it so early, just come later on.
Price
Attendance is $15 per person to cover the cost of food and decorations. CYSM members will be invoiced.
Guests
Friends welcome. RSVP required for catering purposes. CYSM members will be invoiced the attendance price of their guests.
Dress code
Don't come naked.
Food
Food will be provided (included in the attendance price).
Vegetarian food will be available.
We would welcome desserts if you would like to contribute to the sweet delicious goodness that is to take place after dinner.
Please use comments fill in RSVP if you have any dietary requirements.
Drink
Soft Drink and juices will be provided.

Budget: $10.
Bring a gift which is potentially suitable or interesting to any of the other participants. The gift should be wrapped in such a way as to disguise their nature. Ideally, the provider of each gift should not be disclosed. We will open this during the night.
Rules of the day
1. To show up and have fun.
2. Guests are welcome. Please notify how many you are bringing, and remember to inform them that we have a KK ($10 gift budget).
3. As this is a goverment building, dogs or smoking is not allowed inside.
4. We need to allocate some time at the end of the function to clean up and leave the place tidy. (We will be the first people using this awesome brand new room).
MISC - Slide show
We will be running a slide show during the function with images of the team from the last year.
If you have any pictures that you want to share with the team, just bring them on a USB stick on the day, and our dynamic TWIN duo will load it in.
It would be awesome if you could confirm your presence to assist with catering.
We expect to be more than 30, so it promises to be a great day.
