1. Agreement. I understand that by submitting my registration request to the Lease of Farr 750 Tingira and accepting these terms and conditions, I enter into an agreement with Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia Inc (CYCSA), by which I agree to become bound by and comply with:

• these terms and conditions;
• the Regatta form;
• all other rules that govern the Regatta and sailing and boating activities.

2. Collection and Return. I understand that it is my responsibility to collect and return Tingira in the state that it was collected.

This includes:

1. Ensuring all equipment is in working order.
2. Sails are washed and folded.
3. Boat is washed with fresh water.
4. Cabin anc cockpit are left in a respectable condition with all rubbish removed.

3. Collection and berthing can be facilitated buy contacting Guy Wogan-Provo on 0401922562.

4. Other:

• Please be reminded that you have an obligation to contact CYCSA if for any reason you and your team are not able to make the event.
• There are others in the queue waiting for an opportunity to sail the Farrs.
• Please also be reminded that care needs to be taken when using the Farrs.  In particular please ensure:
• 1. YOU KEEP YOUR BOAT AT A DISTANCE FROM OTHERS WHEN RACING...IE AVOID COLLISSIONS AT ALL COST....RACING RULE NO. 14
• 2. YOU KEEP TO THE MIDDLE OF THE CHANNEL WHEN SAILING ON THE RIVER
• 3. YOU RETURN ALL EQUIPMENT TO THE YSF CONTAINER IN THE STATE THAT YOU ACQUIRED THEM.
