a fun relaxed 1-2 hour training session on CYCSA Elliott 7s. 

Roles:

The skipper of each vessel has ultimate authority and responsibilty of the vessel. They are in charge of navigation, safety, and overall decision-making. 

on Arrival:

• Check in at the front office or around in the bistro area. 
• Sign in if participating in event through registration link or QR code in container. 
• Sign in Key register for any CYCSA Ribs. 

Departure:

• Make sure radios and Life Jackets are returned.
• Boats are washed down and covers on. 
• SIgn out key for any CYCSA Ribs (Log any breakage)
• Log hours on "Elliot usage master" (In Container)
• Log any breakage or maintenance "Elliot usage master" (In Conatiner)
• Lock container.
