Ready to continue your sailing adventures?  

 

Level 2 Dinghy Sailing  course is held over three days for adults and teens.  

The first Day is Saturday 18 August 0900 - 13:00, including theory and practical learning sessions.   

The final 2 days are held over the following 2 consecutive Sunday mornings August 25 and September 1st, 0900 - 1300 noon, please ensure you can make all 3 sessions. 

Post-course students are encouraged to be invloved with the club with more sailing opotunities amd club events!

 

Included:

• Austalian Sailing qualified Instructors - providing instruction and ongoing support 
• All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

 

Who should do this course?

• For those who have completed Start Sailing 1 and wanting to grow thier skills and knowledge in sailing.
• Course suitable for 12 year olds to adults.

• $310 per student 
• 10% discount for families.

Course Overview

This course introduces participants to dinghy sailing and its fundamental skills so they learn terminology and equipment and practice launching and returning to shore and capsize recovery. 

Course Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy. All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Sailing 1 completion certificate.
