CYCSA Lease Conditions for Elliott 7s for the
2022 South Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta.
As part of the South Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta, the Cruising Yacht Club of South
Australia will be making their fleet of six Elliott 7s available for lease to both local & interstate
clubs. The conditions for the leasing are follows:
1) The lease fees covering the period from 30 September to 3 October 2022 will be $500 in total.
This includes the use of boats for familiarisation and training on Friday 30 September 2022.
2) A security deposit of $500 will be required for insurance purposes. The security deposit by way
of a credit card bond will be fully refunded, if there is no damage detected upon return of the
boat to the CYCSA. Minor damage may attract a partial refund.
3) Boats will be made available on a “first in, first served” basis subject to CYCSA approval. Crews
can apply for a boat by:
a) Submitting the sailing CVs of the skipper and proposed crew, detailing experience and skill
level.
