National Integrity Framework
The National Integrity Framework has been developed by Sport Integrity Australia in consultation with sport industry stakeholders, the Sport and Recreation State Government departments, as well as the National Office for Child Safety.
This suite of policies raises the bar on the expected behaviours of everyone individual involved in the sport, to re-define the sport of gymnastics the Australian way.

FEE PAYMENT POLICY
- Registration is payable prior to commencement in any gym sport within the club.
·- Term fees are payable at the time of booking the child into their chosen programs.
- Generally, we have re-enrolment weeks prior to the commencement of the next term in which all current members are offered their spot back into their class.
- Term fees DO NOT rollover, you must rebook each term
- If you have unpaid fees from previous terms you CANNOT book into the next term until these have been finalised.
- New members can book in after re-enrolment week.
- Gymnasts will not be permitted on the floor if fees have not been paid.
· Late fees will apply for any unpaid invoices - 10% will apply for each week they remain outstanding.
· Club Registration and Term fees are not refundable or transferable if your child discontinues their class.
· Non-attendance at training sessions does not qualify a gymnast for a makeup class, refund, transfer, credit or exchange against fees.
- Pre-payment of lesson fees are a requirement to ensure a class position is available. Regular attendance is crucial as the progress of a gymnasts continually missing classes will ultimately be effected.
· In case of long term illness or injury please email through a Drs certificate and a credit can be applied for the following terms fees.
- Make up sessions will be available to any member who has missed lessons due to illness. Family holidays and other commitments do not entitle the member to make up lessons and/ a credit on fees.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind.
- We cannot take bookings for Parties, events or competitions if Term fees are unpaid.
· If a gymnast has attended another gymnastics club in 2022 and has paid the Gymnastics NSW registration fee they will only need to pay club membership as their registration is transferable from the other club.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
· Administration hours are 9.30 - 11.30am and 4 – 6pm weekdays.
· Eftpos facility is available. We DO NOT accept cash or cheques
· The best and first option for booking should be online. If booking multiple children please contact admin to ensure appropriate discounts.
