Acro Selection Session for our 2025 Competitive Acro Squad - Thursday 12th December 2024 4-6pm

Acro combines dance, gymnastics and partner/ trio balances as well as dynamic throws in routines at a competitive level. 

Gymnasts attend competitions throughout the year at both a local and State level. 

Training is compulsory and there is a minimum of a one year commitment as gymnasts are placed into pairs and trios early in the year.

Please RSVP so we can ensure adequate coaches available on the afternoon. Current 2024 gymnasts must also register their interest for the 2025 season. 

Some gymnastics/ dance experience is preferred
