Back by popular demand are our adults classes!!

These classes will run on Wednesday nights from 6pm - 7pm.

Have you always wanted to do gymnastics but never had the opportunity? Or were you a gymnast that still loves to cartwheel and handstand around? Gymnastics is for everybody!

Our adults class has a mixture of flexibility and strength exercises as well as the fun stuff learning handstands, cartwheels and flips.

This class caters for the beginner through to the experienced ex gymnast.

Open to anyone 16 years +

The 8th of March will be our free come and try class. There is no cost for this class. Each class after then will then be $20 per casual booking.

If attending more than 3 classes adults will then need to register with CWG for insurance purposes ($60 per year).

Please purchase a ticket for each class you would lioke to attend.
