Parkour (FreeG) is a fun and exciting gymsport for both boys and girls
A fusion of freestyle tricking, gymnastics, parkour, obstacle running and acrobatics in one awesome program. Parkour builds the foundations of strength, flexibility, balance and speed. We encourage creativity to release their own freedom through movement, skills and attitude.
All our Parkour 5 - 8 years classes run for 45 minutes.
